Plant Based Smoothies I Love

There are so many choices out there for Smoothie Powders. I stick with only those Plant Based. I avoid all smoothies containing whey protein as they have a way of really messing up my stomach. I also do not select powders containing more than 3 grams of sugar.
My favorite these days are GNC’s brand called Earth Genius. Here is how I use their products to make my smoothies for either breakfast or lunch:
- One scoop of GNC’s Mixed Berry or Vanilla Chai Superfood Supreme
- One scoop of GNC’s Citrus Twist Core Slimming Greens
- One cup of frozen Blueberries or 8 frozen Strawberries
- One teaspoon of Organic Pomegranate Powder made by Navitas
- One tablespoon of PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter This comes in regular and Chocolate
- One cup of ice
This will definitely hold you till lunch or perhaps snack time.
