Melissa’s Peanut Butter Pie

I cannot express how many times I have shared this recipe with family and friends. While this peanut butter pie is a splurge, you will see I did use Stevia instead of sugar and I used Fat Free Philadelphia Cream Cheese. I am always looking for ways to cut down or cut out sugar. I promise your crowd will not notice any sacrifices in flavor or texture. The texture is so light and fluffy. I bet you will eat more than one slice!

Less Sugar and Less Fat!!!! A simple no-bake pie

Ingredients

What you will need:

  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup Stevia (Baking)
  • 1 pack of 8 oz fat free Philly Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup creamy (or crunchy) All Natural No Stir Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 graham cracker crust (or chocolate graham cracker crust)

Instructions

  1. Whip cream with ¼ cup sugar/Stevia
  2. Mix all other ingredients until smooth & fold in whipped cream until well blended. I use my hand held blender.
  3. Pour mixture into crust and chill for several hours before serving.
