Roasted Butternut Squash & Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
What you will need:
- 5 sweet potatoes
- 2 large butternut squash
- 1 large orange
- Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley from canister
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
- Peel butternut squash. Cut it in half, then cut in half again. Scoop out the seeds.
- Dice butternut squash, making sure all pieces are about the same size.
- Dice all sweet potatoes, again making sure all are about the same size. Healthy Chunks!
- Place all onto baking sheets.
- Squeeze juice of an entire orange over everything.
- Sprinkle pumpkin spice carefully
- Salt & Pepper & Parsley
- Dig in with your hands to make sure all veggies are lightly coated.
- Bake for 50 minutes
- Broil for 8 additional minutes till slightly crispy.
